How a photochromic lens works

A photochromic lens reacts to UV light from the sun. In bright sunshine, the lens darkens within seconds. When you ski into the shade, clouds roll in or snow starts falling, it automatically becomes lighter again. This adjusts the amount of light reaching your eyes, with one lens for changing weather conditions. The lens takes slightly longer to become lighter than to darken, especially in cold temperatures.

Room for your prescription glasses

Many ski goggles press against the arms of your glasses or are simply too small to accommodate them. The Eclipse has a spacious design with cut-outs on both sides of the foam, allowing your prescription glasses to fit comfortably underneath. The three foam layers range from soft to firm and conform to your face without creating pressure points.

Clear vision, even when looking down

Most ski goggles are curved only from side to side. The Eclipse lens also curves from top to bottom, giving you an undistorted view of the slope directly in front of your skis or snowboard. On the outside, the purple-gold mirrored finish shifts towards gold-green at the edges. A stylish colour for both men and women.
